Behavior Technician - Long Branch, NJ (Spanish preferred)

Job Summary

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill building and care plans while recording session data accurately. Foster a positive learning environment and collaborate with families to enhance treatment effectiveness. Services are delivered in clients' homes or community-based locations. All positions start part-time with a minimum 6-month commitment required. Spanish language skills are preferred.

Desired Qualifications

  • Able to communicate comfortably in Spanish
  • Experience in Education or early childhood development
  • Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
  • Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
  • Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
  • Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
  • Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
  • Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
  • Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
  • Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician
