Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, using play to build communication, confidence, and independence. Track progress and follow personalized treatment plans while collaborating with a supportive team. Maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients to ensure a safe environment, including physical tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent position changes. Earn $17 and up hourly with paid training, access to medical and dental benefits, and promotion opportunities in as little as three months. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to move quickly in response to client needs
- Ability to frequently change physical positions throughout the day, including walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, crawling, and occasionally running
- Ability to maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients
