Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, tracking progress and following personalized treatment plans to build communication, confidence, and independence. Collaborate with a supportive team to create positive, lasting change for children and families while maintaining continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness for safety. This role requires the ability to frequently change physical positions, including walking, standing, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with no prior experience needed as paid training is provided. Total Spectrum is part of LEARN Behavioral, a network of ABA providers committed to nurturing the unique potential of children with autism and special needs nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to move quickly in response to client needs
- Ability to frequently change physical positions throughout the day, including walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, crawling, and occasionally running
- Ability to maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients
