Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy using play to build communication, confidence, and independence for children with autism. Track progress and follow personalized treatment plans while collaborating with a supportive team to create lasting change. Maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients to ensure a safe environment, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently change physical positions including kneeling, squatting, and running. This role offers paid training, competitive hourly pay starting at $17, and promotion opportunities within three months for candidates with a high school diploma and U.S. work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to move quickly in response to client needs
- Ability to frequently change physical positions throughout the day, including walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, crawling, and occasionally running
- Ability to maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients
