Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, using play to build communication, confidence, and independence while tracking progress against personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with a supportive team to create positive, lasting change for clients and their families. Maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients to ensure a safe environment, performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and moving quickly as needed. No prior experience required, with paid training provided in ABA therapy. Competitive hourly rate of $20 and up based on experience, plus access to medical, dental, and vision benefits. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Some College (At least 1 college course completed, dual enrollment with a college while in high school or trade school program completed)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- You are expected to be able to complete all physical requirements of the position either with or without a reasonable accommodation
- This role may require you to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds
- This role requires the ability to frequently change physical positions throughout the day, including walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, crawling, and occasionally running
- This role requires you to maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients to support a safe environment
