Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy using play to build communication, confidence, and independence for children with autism while tracking progress and following personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with a supportive team to create positive, lasting change for children and families. Maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients to ensure a safe environment, including physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and frequently changing positions. Earn competitive hourly pay starting at $19 with paid training, medical benefits, and promotion opportunities within three months. No prior experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
