Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children learn, grow, and gain independence while tracking progress and following personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with a supportive team to create positive, lasting change for children and families. Maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients to support a safe environment, including the ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds and frequently change physical positions. Earn a competitive hourly rate of $17 and up based on experience, with paid training provided and promotion opportunities in as little as three months. WEAP is part of LEARN Behavioral, a network of ABA providers committed to nurturing the unique potential of children with autism and special needs nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to move quickly in response to client needs
- Ability to frequently change physical positions throughout the day, including walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, crawling, and occasionally running
- Ability to maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients
