Job Summary
Conduct play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy with children with autism to achieve meaningful goals at home, school, and in the community. Collect data to track progress and partner with caregivers and the clinical team to deliver consistent support. Work weekday afternoons (3-7pm) across multiple locations including Orlando, Altamonte Springs, and Apopka, requiring a reliable vehicle and ability to travel up to 45 minutes between sites. Lift minimum 50 pounds and perform extensive physical tasks including standing, walking, and crouching. Pass DOJ/FBI background check and obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children
- demonstrating a positive, enthusiastic attitude
- High school diploma
- willingness to obtain & maintain Registered Behavior Technician certification or applicable state licensure
- Weekday afternoon availability
- 3-7pm
- Reliable vehicle
- valid in-state driver's license
