Job Summary
Behavior Technician opening at Hope Network Center for Autism in Grand Rapids/Kentwood, MI. Responsible for providing one-on-one direct care with learners ages 18 months to 21 years, teaching independent daily living skills in a primarily center-based setting with potential for home or community sessions per treatment plan. Responsibilities include collecting and recording data on learner behavior for skill acquisition and distressed behavior reduction goals, collaborating with team members and families, maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment, following individualized behavior programming, adhering to diet, supplementation, and medication protocols per parent instructions, and completing timely documentation and billing.
