Job Summary
Behavior Technician in our ABA program in Dexter, MI, supporting documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under a BCBA. You’ll assist clinicians, help children and families learn new skills with autism-focused therapy, and communicate effectively with teammates, families, and patients. Required Qualifications
- Suggested 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field and/or a student enrolled in a therapy curriculum program
- Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training is preferred
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or the desire to obtain certification through additional training and supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload
- Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience
- Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations
