Job Summary
Behavior Technician – full-time role in Ivy ABA (Ivy Rehab Network) supporting ABA therapy under guidance of a BCBA; assist with documentation, billing, treatments and interventions; help children and families learn new skills through autism-focused therapy; collaborate with clinicians, families, and patients to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced outpatient setting; requires RBT certification or pursuit of certification and strong communication and patient-care skills.
Required Qualifications
- Suggested 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field and/or a student enrolled in a therapy curriculum program
- Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training is preferred
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or the desire to obtain certification through additional training and supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload
- Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience
