Behavior Technician - Irvington, NJ

Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans directly in the homes of children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect therapy session data and participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques while maintaining regular communication with supervisory staff. This role requires weekday and weekend availability for daylight working hours and a minimum of one year of ABA experience. Candidates must hold a BA in a related field or be an undergraduate in pursuit of relevant education. Priority case assignments and access to exclusive learning opportunities are provided to network providers.
