Job Summary
Deliver 1:1 ABA treatment to clients under BCBA supervision in various settings (center, home, school, or other clinically indicated locations); complete required training; collect data and document progress to inform treatment decisions; collaborate with BCBA and family to support skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors; drive between clients as needed; participate in ongoing professional development and training; undergo required Florida Level II background screening; support parent/caregiver training as directed; contribute to a high-quality, ethical, individualized treatment plan for children on the autism spectrum.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience working with children highly preferred (caregiver, paraprofessional, daycare, etc!)
- Obtained or pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, teaching, or related field preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Should enjoy working on an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with others
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for helping others
