Behavior Technician

Job Summary
Participate in and lead the development and positive implementation of individual’s plans; implement Behavior Support Plans, Replacement Behavior Trials and reinforcement plans; provide positive behavioral supports and reinforcement; respond to emergency situations; implement Mandt-based approaches to maintain a safe therapeutic environment; manage safety-related interventions as trained; assist with meaningful day schedules and daily ISP/BSP routines; support individuals in home, work, and community settings; physically able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed; ensure compliance with program guidelines and documentation; training is provided for required certifications (RBT not required).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Valid auto insurance and driver’s license
- Experience working ADL care; toileting, bathing, etc. preferred
- Previous experience working with clients with high behaviors
