Job Summary
Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities, implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies. Record client progress using electronic data collection systems while applying skill acquisition programs targeting communication, social, adaptive, and academic behaviors. Follow behavior reduction protocols, provide reinforcement and prompting, and assist with skill generalization across environments. Maintain professional conduct per BACB guidelines, communicate with families and the clinical team, and ensure client health and safety. Work under direct BCBA supervision in home or center-based settings, with flexible scheduling based on client availability.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must pass background checks, including criminal history and abuse registry screenings
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, bend, kneel, and sit on the floor for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- RBT certification
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
