Job Summary
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by the supervising BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. Record and maintain accurate data on client progress using electronic systems while applying behavior reduction protocols and providing reinforcement, prompting, and other ABA techniques. Assist with skill generalization across environments and ensure client health, safety, and well-being, including managing challenging behaviors such as aggression or elopement. Maintain professional conduct per BACB guidelines, participate in ongoing training and team meetings, and communicate effectively with families and the clinical team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must pass background checks, including criminal history and abuse registry screenings
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, bend, kneel, and sit on the floor for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- RBT certification
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
