Job Summary
Establish positive helping relationships with adults and children receiving mental health or substance abuse services in residential, inpatient, outpatient, and community-based programs. Assist individuals with activities of daily living, access needed resources, and build functional, pro-social relationships. Monitor and document progress while implementing specific interventions according to each person's treatment or service plan. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of those receiving services across Northwest Florida locations. This role supports counselors, therapeutic, and nursing staff in providing integrated mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring services. Applicants must hold a high school diploma, possess a valid driver's license, and obtain CPR and CPI certifications. Base pay ranges from $15.75 to $16.91 per hour with applicable shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to obtain provided CPR certification
- Must be able to pass provided CPI training
- Must possess a valid driver's license from the state in which you reside
- Good driving record
- Must be insurable under the corporate policy
- Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate
- A Level II background screening
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of experience working in a behavioral health setting
