Job Summary
As a Behavior Technician, implement behavioral health and educational services using Applied Behavior Analysis with individuals diagnosed with autism, related mental health disorders and/or intellectual disabilities in 1:1, 1:2, or small group settings. Receive supervision and training from behavior analytic/behavioral health supervisors through direct observation and team meetings. This is a full-time, hourly position. Responsibilities support client progress and functional goals within ABA frameworks, under supervision, in settings that may include 1:1, 1:2, or small groups. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant field experience; CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain; valid driver’s license with acceptable auto insurance. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 years or more years of experience in the behavioral health, human services, or mental health field
- Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child and infant
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance. No more than 5 points on license.
