Job Summary
As a Behavior Technician, implement behavioral health and educational services using Applied Behavior Analysis with individuals diagnosed with autism, related mental health disorders and/or intellectual disabilities in 1:1, 1:2, or small group settings; receive supervision and training from behavior analytic/behavioral health supervisors through direct observation and team meetings. This is a full-time, hourly position based in Dayton, OH, requiring a High School diploma or equivalent and 3+ years in the field, CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid Ohio driver’s license with insurance. Background check, drug screen, and health screen may be required for pre-employment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent, plus 3+ years of experience in behavioral health, human services, or mental health field
- Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child and infant (training provided if not certified)
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio BMV; proof of auto insurance; no more than 5 points on license
