Job Summary
Behavior Technician to provide person-centered care to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders in home and community settings. Services may be delivered to children or adults during day, evening, and/or weekend hours based on client needs. Role includes supervision via on-site and telehealth observation/feedback. Hours are 3-8pm, part-time (15-20 hours per week). Minimum qualifications include HS diploma or equivalent, English communication, and a valid Ohio driver’s license with insurance; First Aid/CPR training is provided if needed. Preferred qualifications include experience with vulnerable populations and ABA experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR (training provided if not certified)
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio BMV; proof of auto insurance; insurable driving record (five points or fewer)
