Behavior Technician – Full Time in Howell, MI. Support ABA services under BCBA supervision by assisting with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions. Help children and families learn new skills and techniques, and communicate professionally with teammates, families, and patients. Required Qualifications
- Suggested 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field
- Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training is preferred
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain certification through additional training and supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload
- Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience
