Behavior Technician - Home-Based - MA

Job Summary
Provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon Applied Behavior Analysis for children with autism and related developmental disabilities in home, community, clinic, and school settings. Collect data on programs, assist with parent training, and supervise under a BCBA. Responsibilities include planning/intervening with direct therapy, teaching targeted behaviors, recording data, reinforcing appropriate behaviors, documenting progress, coordinating with agencies and caregivers, ensuring child safety, and maintaining professional communication. Requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments while upholding organizational policies and a team-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited university AND one year of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs
- OR
- An associate’s degree (60 college credits) AND a minimum of two years of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs.
- Strong organization and communication skills are required.
- Registered Behavior technician certification is a plus.
