Job Summary
Provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction using Applied Behavior Analysis under the supervision of a BCBA. Deliver direct 1:1 and group interventions in home, community, clinic, and school settings; collect and summarize data; implement targeted behaviors using reinforcement-based strategies (including incidental teaching and pivotal response training); train and support parents/caregivers; maintain documentation and communicate progress with families and professionals; uphold professional standards and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Requires effective communication, reliability, organizational skills, and flexibility. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a human services field and relevant experience; RBT certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human services field from an accredited university
- one year of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs OR an associate’s degree (60 college credits) AND a minimum of two years of direct relevant experience
- Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus
