Job Summary

Provide direct ABA-based behavior analysis services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities in home, community, clinic, and school settings. Plan and implement intervention strategies under BCBA supervision; teach targeted behaviors using techniques such as incidental teaching and pivotal response training; collect and track data; reinforce positive behavior; provide parent and caregiver training; document goals and progress; facilitate transitions between agencies and programs; ensure child safety and adapt to fast-paced environments. Must demonstrate reliability, effective communication, and teamwork while meeting productivity requirements; flexible hours and independent work are expected.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field OR Associate's degree (60 college credits) AND one year of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs
  • 21 years of age and up
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus
  • Must be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner
  • Must be able to function independently and have personal integrity
  • Requires flexibility of hours
  • RS: Strong organization and communication skills are required
