Job Summary

Behavior Technician to provide direct client care in 1:1 and small-group settings, implementing ABA-based intervention plans under BCBA supervision. Responsibilities include planning and delivering direct therapy, teaching targeted behaviors with techniques such as incidental teaching and pivotal response training, collecting and summarizing data, reinforcing positive behavior, documenting goals and objectives, coordinating transitions across agencies, and assisting with parent/caregiver training in line with individualized treatment protocols. The role requires effective communication with parents and administrators, adherence to behavior skill acquisition and reduction protocols, and maintaining professional conduct and reliability in a fast-paced clinical environment. A bachelor’s or associate degree in a human services field and relevant experience are required; RBT certification is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • 21 years of age and up
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field OR Associate's degree (60 college credits) AND a minimum of two years of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs
  • Strong organization and communication skills are required
