Job Summary
Join the Autism Services team at Hills & Dales as a Behavior Technician, where you'll work under a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver 1:1 applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. Responsibilities include implementing behavior support plans, tracking client progress, and supporting clients in structured routines. Qualifications include a high school diploma, passing various background checks, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Experience with individuals with Autism is preferred but not required, and comprehensive training and support towards RBT certification are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a background check free of child or dependent adult abuse
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Ability to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within 1 year of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with children or individuals with Autism
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
