Job Summary
Behavior Technician responsibilities include providing 1:1 ABA-based instruction and behavior reduction protocols to children with autism in home, community, and facility settings, collecting program data, assisting the BCBA, delivering client-specific teaching plans, communicating progress to parents/guardians, maintaining confidentiality and a clean, safe work environment, collaborating with the treatment team, and engaging in required trainings. Skills include effective written and verbal communication, time management, professionalism, adherence to ethics and HIPAA, ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with client mobility, reliable transportation, and a commitment to ongoing clinical development.
