Job Summary

Provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles to children with autism and related developmental disabilities in home, community, and facility settings. Execute all treatment protocols defined in client behavior plans, collect and summarize performance data, and provide one-on-one teaching as directed by the BCBA. Effectively communicate client progress to parents and collaborate with the treatment team while maintaining a clean, safe environment and adhering to confidentiality standards. Maintain technical knowledge through required trainings and implement physical management techniques as indicated in Behavior Intervention Plans. Full-time employment with medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days, plus 401(k) matching, paid holidays, and PTO.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to lift and carry clients with adaptive equipment
  • Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling)
  • Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for periods of time
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have a valid Michigan's Driver's License

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with children with autism
