Job Summary
Behavior Technician role providing 1:1 ABA-based instruction to children with autism in home, community, and facility settings. Responsibilities include executing treatment protocols per client behavior plan, collecting program data, assisting the BCBA, providing 1:1 teaching, communicating progress to parents/guardians, maintaining client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, ensuring a clean and safe therapy environment, collaborating with the treatment team, and participating in required trainings. Must have reliable transportation and a valid Michigan Driver's License. Medical/dental/vision insurance offered to full-time staff after 60 days, plus 401(k) with match, paid holidays, PTO and sick time. Location: Burton, MI, United States.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children with autism is preferred
