Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill-building and care plans as part of a clinical team, record session data with electronic devices, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Positions start part-time with paid training; work will occur in clients' homes or community-based locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Reliable method of transportation
- Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment
- No experience required
