Job Summary
Deliver direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism aged 2-15 in clinic and home settings under BCBA supervision; participate in ongoing training to develop clinical competencies in behavior analysis; contribute to data collection, documentation, and progress review; growth opportunities toward RBT certification with structured supervision and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Experience or willingness to pursue RBT certification
- Ability to deliver ABA therapy
- Comfort working with children with ASD
- Data collection and documentation skills
- Ability to work under supervision by BCBA
- Punctual and reliable
- Availability Monday through Friday 4pm-6pm
