Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior; record session data using electronic devices; foster a positive learning environment and collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness; no ABA experience required as comprehensive training is provided; 40-hour RBT course required; part-time positions with flexible afternoon/evening hours in Brooklyn, NY.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Commitment to at least 6 months
- Ability to provide one-on-one ABA services
- Ability to record session data accurately
- Comfort with home or community-based service delivery
