Job Summary
Behavior Technician/Registered Behavioral Technician (BT/RBT) delivering ABA-based therapy to children with Autism in school, home, and community settings. Works with a BCBA/LBA to implement tailored treatment plans, collects progress data via a web app, and completes daily session notes to support skill development in daily living, social, communication, and learning domains. Part-time role (15-25 hours/week), in-person, located in Queens, NY; compensation $21-$27 per hour; includes paid training, professional development, and supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience working with preschool and elementary school children
- Experience working with children with Special Needs, a plus
