Job Summary
Behavior Technician and RBT roles delivering ABA therapy to children with Autism in home and community settings. Collaborate with BCBA/LBA to implement tailored treatment plans, collect progress data via a web app, and document daily session notes. In-person position based in Whitestone, NY, offering flexible/part-time evening hours (Mon-Thu 4:30 PM–7:00 PM; Fri 4:30 PM–6:30 PM) with paid training, professional development, and supervision. Responsibilities include promoting skill development in daily living, social and communication skills, and reducing challenging behaviors, under supervision in partnership with a BCBA/LBA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience working with preschool and elementary school children
