Job Summary
Implement principles and teaching procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy while collecting behavior and skill acquisition data using the CentralReach platform. Acquire and maintain RBT credentials within the first 90 days, manage learners including physical crisis intervention protocols, and implement Behavior Support Plans as directed. Work collaboratively with Clinical Supervisors to ensure a safe, supportive environment that maintains confidentiality in accordance with State and Federal regulations. This full-time, center-based role requires a minimum of six months ABA experience and is open to candidates with an undergraduate degree in psychology, healthcare, or related fields.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months ABA working with children or adolescents with Autism in a supervised setting
- Successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field
- Acquire and maintain RBT credential in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within the first 90 days of employment
