Job Summary
Deliver direct 1:1 or small group ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism across center, home, and community settings under supervision. Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior management protocols, collect data on target behaviors, maintain confidentiality per HIPAA, and adapt activities to clients' preferences to motivate engagement. Travel to client sites may be required; evening and weekend hours may be needed. The role includes coordinating with a Clinical Supervisor, completing training (RBT, Safety Care, CPR), and contributing to a multidisciplinary team. Requires a High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree or enrollment in related fields is preferred.
