Job Summary
Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance while providing direct one-on-one support to children with developmental disabilities. Collect and analyze data to track individual progress, assist in developing treatment plans, and collaborate with the team to ensure consistent intervention implementation. Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress reports, communicating regularly with parents and stakeholders. Attend regular supervision and training sessions to enhance professional development within a supportive environment for clients ages 2-11.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver's license, maintain automobile insurance, or have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire

Desired Qualifications
