Job Summary
Provide fun, engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–11, following treatment plans created by BCBAs. Track progress through simple data collection while supporting children in clinic settings, homes, or the community. Communicate regularly with families and attend ongoing training and supervision. This active, hands-on role involves movement, play, and interaction with kids. Early Autism Services offers paid training, full-time caseloads, and career growth opportunities for energetic individuals passionate about helping children learn and thrive.
Required Qualifications
- RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Age 18+
- Ability to walk, run, sit, kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of interactive sessions with children
