Job Summary

Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance while providing direct one-on-one support to children with developmental disabilities. Collect and analyze data to track individual progress, assist in developing treatment plans, and collaborate with team members to ensure consistent intervention delivery. Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding updates, maintain accurate session documentation, and attend supervision and training sessions. Requires valid driver's license, criminal background check clearance, and ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds. Offers competitive hourly pay with RBT certification reimbursement and a robust training program to advance career skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have a valid driver's license, maintain automobile insurance, or have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire

Desired Qualifications
