Job Summary
Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance while providing direct one-on-one support to children with developmental disabilities. Collect and analyze session data to track progress and assist in developing individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with supervisors to ensure consistent intervention implementation and communicate regularly with parents and stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress reports. Attend regular supervision and training sessions to enhance professional development within the company's robust RBT training program.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver's license, maintain automobile insurance, or have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire

Desired Qualifications
