Job Summary
Assist in implementing ABA therapy programs developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Work closely with children and families to develop meaningful skills, facilitate functional communication, and promote independence. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents and schools, to ensure therapy is practical and impactful across settings. Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, including data collection and progress monitoring. Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship programs to ensure skill development. Requires high school diploma, strong communication skills, and emotional resilience. Schedule is part-time, 8am-2:30pm Monday-Friday.
Required Qualifications
