Behavior Technician - Day Time Hours

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings while following treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA. Collect data and document client progress, ensuring a safe, engaging, and positive session environment. Communicate with families and supervisors effectively to support client outcomes. This part-time/per diem role offers flexible scheduling with a BT rate of $22–$25/hour or $24–$28/hour for certified RBTs. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and local travel ability. Hands-on training and supportive supervision are provided within a small, collaborative team in New Jersey.
