Job Summary
Behavior Technician position in Coffeyville, KS, joining a treatment team to implement ABA-based behavioral interventions for children with special needs. Roles include Intensive Individualized Support (IIS) and Tutor (RBT credentialed) with one-on-one intervention, data collection, and communication with the treatment team. Responsibilities include implementing interventions per the treatment plan, collecting data, reporting to the team, following IBP/PCSP protocols, completing weekly reports, and achieving 80% accuracy on initial IBT training. Requires a high school diploma, valid ID, reliable transportation, background checks, and obtaining the RBT credential within 3 months (depending on caseload). Flexible scheduling (morning, afternoon, evening, weekends) is required. Preferred candidates include college-educated, autism experience, and current RBT credential. Required Qualifications

- Willingness to work a flexible schedule (Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, 8am-8pm, some weekends)
- RBT credential at time of hire (preferred)
- Experience or potential to work with children with autism (preferred)
- College educated and degree-seeking candidates (preferred)
