Job Summary

Provide one-to-one or small group ABA treatment interventions to clients in home and community settings under the direction of the BCBA. Implement behavior intervention plans and follow individualized treatment protocols while collecting and documenting accurate behavioral data. Communicate progress and concerns with supervising staff and ensure client safety and confidentiality during all interactions. Participate in required supervision and training activities to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals. This part-time role requires 10–25 hours per week depending on client needs.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must obtain required Register Behavior Technician certification within the first 120 days of employment

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with individuals with special needs
  • Experience teaching special education, or a related field
  • Currently studying psychology or possessing a psychology-related educational background
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Completion of at least 40 hours of training as defined within the RBT Task List developed by the BACB
  • Completion of the RBT Competency Assessment upon completion of training and annually thereafter
  • Successful completion of the RBT Examination administered through Pearson Professional Center sites
