Job Summary
Deliver one-to-one and small group ABA treatment interventions to clients in home and community settings under BCBA direction. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect accurate behavioral data, and document progress while maintaining client safety and confidentiality. Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals through direct behavioral support services. Complete required supervision, training, and the RBT competency assessment within 120 days of employment. Work part-time, 10–25 hours weekly, with rolling applications until filled.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must obtain required Register Behavior Technician certification within the first 120 days of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with special needs
- Experience teaching special education, or a related field
- Currently studying psychology or possessing a psychology-related educational background
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Completion of at least 40 hours of training as defined within the RBT Task List developed by the BACB
- Completion of the RBT Competency Assessment upon completion of training and annually thereafter
- Successful completion of the RBT Examination administered through Pearson Professional Center sites
