Job Summary
Behavior Technician in an ABA program providing direct client care under the supervision of a BCBA/LP/LPH. Responsibilities include applying ABA protocols, data collection and summarization, facilitating parent and caregiver training, implementing behavior reduction strategies, maintaining a safe and organized therapy environment, and assisting with ABA materials. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid drivers license, and completion of a 40-hour RBI training within 180 days of hire. Position based at Iron River, MI, with options for full-time or part-time, paid hourly.
