Job Summary
Provide one-on-one behavior intervention for children with autism under supervision of a BCBA; implement individualized behavior intervention plans; use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors; participate in a team environment with comprehensive training to support client progress; role involves physical activity including standing, walking, lifting, and assisting children up to 50 pounds; opportunity to grow within the field of behavioral analysis at Centria Autism.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
- Ability to pass a pre employment background check
- Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
