Job Summary
Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills, and reducing interfering behaviors. Provides training and supports children in a dynamic, team-based environment; role involves standing, walking, lifting, and moving children or objects up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test
- Ability to pass a pre employment background check
- Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Passionate about helping children with autism.
