Job Summary
Behavior Technician role delivering one-on-one behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. Responsibilities include teaching communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques, maintaining 안전 and supportive environment, and adapting activities to each child’s needs. Training provided; opportunity to grow within a structured behavioral-analytic care team serving children with autism. Must be patient, compassionate, and capable of physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds) and teamwork in a dynamic setting. Location: Stevensville; compensation $17-$20/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
