Job Summary
Behavior Technician position providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis-based interventions under BCBA supervision. Implement behavior intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Requires patience, compassion, teamwork, and the ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds; structured training and onboarding leading to an RBT certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
- Ability to pass a pre employment background check
- Candidates must obtain an Registered Behavior Technician Certification after completing onboarding
